Hi. My name is William Rogers, from Barry. For my art I use the tag Bilbrec. I am retired teacher who enjoys painting outdoors - plein-air. My primary medium is watercolour and my favourite subjects are landscapes and seascapes. My work has been exhibited and sold locally.
